On 12/31 I decided to bring my grey 2016 CX5 Mazda for services and while waiting remembered the brochure sent to me offering a Test Drive and $ 750 loyalty Discount, so while waiting decided to approach Dan Parker asking him about it although I really dont need it but I am a loyal Mazda lover and why not going againg thru the experience, so he assign me Chris Atencio to start looking at, so I did the Test drive with a white one 2019 CX5 and what I really want is a red one since is my favor color and the gray one was only an exception but all my car have been RED..so Christian promised he will get it from another location and later informed me they found an exact Red one ..ok we did all the numbers and approvals, I normally pay my car in advance as the records from Chase and JPMorgan can show..so I went to eat outside and pick up my wife Irene at Target around 5pm to go back to Mazda and start signing all the Paper work, So in the mean time Chris called me informing me he has 2 news the bad one and the good one which one I want to know first? So I said the bad one it was, I will not get the car today because was sold, OMG I felt tense and frustrated and my wife also didn't like it and you start thinking it is true or was twisted but ok I got together and convinced my wife things happen, so then I drove back with and uneasy feeling of resignation and talking to myself Why I am doing this since I dont need it and previous CX5 is ok not even 3 years and has only 26000 miles..ok I sat there with my wife waiting for the time to sign and all of a sudden I see Dan Parker walking toward me and said Gerard I am sorry for your disappointment but you will get a better upgraded deal a CX5 2020 TODAY under the same condition, ) the red one at the show room) What I could no believe it, so I hugged him thanking him for cheer up my mood on the spot what a great feeling and thats why I said there is not better Dealer in town than Sport Mazda Don Mealy what a great exceptional Customer Services Dan and his Team ran the extra mile..thank you thank you and thank you and Happy New Year to all the Team at Sport Mazda, dont go to another place to buy a car Sport Mazda is the Dealer to deal with not any Dealer , professionals and respectfully and no manipulation or tricks , so I celebrated greatly the new years eve thanks to the great team of Mazda Sport, in particular under the leadership of Dan , I didnt know he was the Sales General Manager who become also now my friend

Jorell was the best and took good care of us, we never felt rushed and knew we were in good hands. We appreciated his patience and effort to get the specific car and style we were looking for. Communication ahead of my appointment made it a quick and easy process. Michael from Finance was just as helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were set up with proper service and plan opportunities and took time to explain everything along the way. Overall, the staff was friendly, helpful and detail oriented. I’ll continue with to renew with Mazda again in the future!

This is my second car from Don Mealy Sport Mazda. The experience was even better this time. No hard haggling over price. I agreed with the excellent price of the car after great care at reception. The finance department gave me a number, I gave them what I wanted and almost instantly got to where I wanted to be. No back and forth arguing just a simple, "I think we can get you there." This was the case eith both purchases. The orocess was extremely fast as well. I Highly recommend them and will be back again someday.
