The experience started off well (with Michael coming over to show the car), but hasn't been so good towards the end. The sales agent Michael completely stopped responding to any questions and there was no fo to show the car), but hasn't been so good towards the end. The sales agent Michael completely stopped responding to any questions and there was no follow up. There are charges on the documents no one bothered to explain. And the finance manager I did the paperwork with was rushed, and just threw everything onto a pen drive (literally haven't used a pen drive for years given I am a MAC user) and has not provided all of the documents I signed as requested. So unfortunately what started off well, has been going a little poorly. More
