It took longer than I had anticipated. I thought my car would be done in an hour and it took two hours. That's not a complaint. Just a fact. It was a busy Monday morning. Recommend; maybe! Well first off, when I initially called for the service appointment, I talked to a man named Mike, who didn't seem to know much about simply getting an oil change! Had to check on things an for the service appointment, I talked to a man named Mike, who didn't seem to know much about simply getting an oil change! Had to check on things and about 5 minutes later came back with some irrelevant quotes concerning service I wasn't even asking about. Then when I arrived, and turned my vehicle over to Joe I asked him to remove the old struts from the back of my vehicle which were the ones replaced last June. ( I took them to show my brother, a mechanic.) and was returning them because I was told You would get rid of them. Later after I left, I discovered they were still in back and had to return to drop them off, not a convenience. And while I was waiting I was informed that the wheels were needing alignment! WHAT, I said, that was just done in June! I think it was Leo who brought this to my attention, and I said it had just been done when the $2,000.00s worth of strut replacement was done in June! Then he said it may have been a mistake and they'd run it through the machine again, after which he came back and said they were actually fine, and the machine is sometimes inaccurate. But, it made me think; were they really fine, or weren't they? And was he just saying that to give me the impression they were, even though they weren't. Calls the whole situation into question and causes me to wonder; are they just trying to create more work and costs to me, OR are they really in need of alignment because last time it wasn't really done or done right! I don't like being put in a situation where I begin to question the honesty and integrity of companies I do business with. And that IS why I've rated and responded the way I have. Have a nice day.
