Michael and Aidan were courteous and prompt and explained the processes involved. I was kept updated and in the loop via text. At one point Aidan found me in the customer waiting area to explain an unexpected repair that was necessary (a nail in my tire) and the cost -- before doing the actual repair. And remarkably, I was only there for an hour and then I was on my way. I like my Subaru. But more than that, I like the dealer's excellent customer service, which means I will keep driving a Subaru for years to come. More
