Your service personnel, esp. Victor Flores, were extreme pleasant, informative, worked on my behalf to make things happen. While the work took a bit longer than anticipated, when my car was ready, the servi pleasant, informative, worked on my behalf to make things happen. While the work took a bit longer than anticipated, when my car was ready, the service person questioned the look of the height of the car in front & back, and gave me a loaner for the time it took to get it checked out the next day. Your personnel took time to instruct me on the usage of a new car I was looking into for a poss. future purchase. So, while it took longer with an extra day, it was to my advantage to try a new car. But I want to commend everyone on their attitudes, helpfulness and listening to me. More
