I brought my Subaru Forester in for an oil change. I was using the Express Service option rather than making an appointment. I arrived late morning and the wait time for service at that point was about 1 ho using the Express Service option rather than making an appointment. I arrived late morning and the wait time for service at that point was about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. I would like to make a suggestion that you consider adding a feature to your website that shows the current wait time for service if a customer wants to use the Express Service option. I know some local medical urgent cares have this type of feature. It would be helpful to know before going to the dealership for service how long the wait might be. The only issue I encountered was at the end of my appointment when it was time to do the paperwork for payment. This really affected the person who was trying to pay her bill ahead of me. That customer and I were both waiting to check out. Michael Dau had paperwork for both of us in his hands. The other customer was first in line so Michael put what he thought were her charges on her credit card. When Michael handed her back her card and what he thought was her invoice, she took another look at the invoice after the charges were put on her credit card, she said the name of the invoice on the bill was not hers and that she was not there for just an oil change. It turns out my charges for my oil change were charged to her credit card. Fortunately, when the card and invoice were returned to her after it was run through the credit card machine she caught the mistake. The service agent, Michael, credited her card for what were my charges and billed her correctly after that. He apologized many times to both of us. I think/hope this was just a simple mistake one-time mistake, but it might be an opportunity to talk to all of your service agents to always double check by confirming who they are speaking with and that the name they are given matches the name on the invoice/service request they have in their hands. More

Super personable service! Normally oil changes are an express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we arrived and Mike kept us up to date on the service. The new Subaru waiting area was very nice, and even had a kids room and mothers room. Mike pulled the car in after the service so I didn't have to bring the kids out in the snow. We will definitely continue to come here to service our Subaru! More
