My experience was NOT good at all at Envision Toyota of West Covina!! since the beginning they tried to overprice the vehicle and added different insurances and products I didn't want or ask for. Some of t West Covina!! since the beginning they tried to overprice the vehicle and added different insurances and products I didn't want or ask for. Some of the add-ons, I couldn't removed because they told me they were required in order to purchase the vehicle (e.g. paint protection). Even after we agreed in a price, they still overcharge me for some of the add-ons. I didn't notice the overcharge until I read all of the documents at home since now everything is electronic and they don't give you hard copies. I wouldn't recommend going to that dealer if you are planing to buy a new car. I'm NOT even going back to do my maintenance there since I don't trust them. I prefer to go to a different Toyota dealer. Don't go there!! More

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I bought a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of purchase, the speakers weren’t working and there was issues with the steering wheel. They don’t know what they are doing, they are not taking ownership of there wrong doings they will leave you on read when you call them out on there misfortunes. I’m utterly disappointed, dissatisfied, and irritated. If anyone is reading this don’t waste your time and go somewhere else to purchase a car. More
