Michael was fine as a salesperson, very helpful and efficient on this out-of-state purchase. He seemed a bit rushed when it came time for reviewing the vehicles functions and features though. I was impressed with the dealer's ability to process my state's taxes and licensing transfer... although there was a significant upcharge for the service. The primary hit on the ratings is due to the condition of the car on pickup. Apparently three-days' notice was not enough for the dealer to give the car a proper detailing. The detailer had more wax on the black plastic trim work than on the paint. Further the detailer did not bother to remove any of the hard water marks from either the paint or the windows...appears the new car was sitting outside for some time. More
