A The service at Otto's Mini is outstanding. When I initially contacted them, I was a current Mini owner but was looking to upgrade to a larger model. At first, I made what I thought was the obvious choice and returned to the dealership where I had purchased my first Mini. After four attempts (yes, four!) of trying to purchase a new car, I was unable to find a salesperson to help me or even follow up to my inquiries. After calling the corporate office, I was put into contact with Otto's Mini. And wow! We were amazed by the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to us from the moment we crossed the showroom threshold. My husband and I were assigned to Michael, who is absolutely fantastic. He's personable, professional, and he made my car buying experience an absolute delight--which is exactly how it should be when purchasing a new vehicle. We were very pleased with the degree of service (and followup!) that we received at Otto's Mini. I can't recommend them enough and would give them (and Michael) ten stars if the ranking allowed it. More

After considering purchasing a Subaru, but disappointed in the lack of Once again we had a great experience purchasing our 3rd Mini Cooper at Otto’s. After considering purchasing a Subaru, but disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service, we returned to Otto’s. So happy we did. The difference was like night and day. Our sales representative, Michael Dixon, is the best! He worked with us to give us a fantastic deal on our new 2019 Countryman. I called in for more details and was promptly put in touch with Michael, one of the sales associates. He was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had prepared and even went a step further in explaining details I was unaware of. Once I arrived to sign the papers and drive off in my new car I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and informative service. We got the papers signed and I was driving my new car in less than hour! I love the larger size of the countrymen, the way it handles, and the quieter and smoother ride. All aspects of sales and delivery of the car were handled timely and professionally. Since I have been a mini owner for approximately four years, I have been going to this dealership for all repairs and service. I found them to be accommodating and competent, and I will continue to use them for service on my new car. Love the color, too! More
