We got to work early Saturday morning with Michael, who we loved right from the start. He was down-to-earth and very knowledgeable about the brand and cars. He was also very patient with us, as I went back and forth between which model, style, color, packages, etc. He never once rushed us and I didn't feel forced into a decision. This is my third MINI from Otto's and first time working with Michael and he didn't disappoint. We met Micheal Dixon, and told him what we were in the market for. Michael pulled 4 different Countrymans for us to sample, 4!!! Michael is a real car guy and thats a great asset to anyone selling cars. I told Michael that I wasn't there to waste his time and didn't want mine wasted in return. Told him what we needed to get the deal done. He replied with a "short and sweet" email and got the deal done! No hassles!!! Very happy with the purchase! Will definitely be back in the future!!!
