What a great day. I had been looking for a Mercedes car for a long time I had even settled on buying one all the way in North Jersey. My wife and I had went to Auto Direct a few years back when we were just window shopping. And after a very bad experience at another dealer. My wife reminded me about Auto Direct. when I went to their lot they had multiple Mercedes for me to not only chose from. They gave me the keys and went on three different test drives to assure that my car buying experience would be a great one. After I found the vehicle that I wanted Chad and Doug did eveything they could to make sure I was able to get into the vehicle. I was impressed by the way the whole situation was handled. From Mike the sales man to the gentlemen iside. And what really was the topping was that the owner called me for a follow up to insure that I was satisfied with my Mercedes. There were a few minor things that they promised to fix and they honored their word and have done it. I would strongly recommend anyone to go look at their wide selection and great prices and I'm sure you will do usiness with them. More

It is very user friendly with many pictures and details on the options on the cars that helped us find several cars we were interested in. The second reason was that I had been there before and , although I didn't buy a car at the time, I found the atmosphere to be very friendly and left knowing that I would be be again in the future. The third reason is the quality of the cars on the lot. They were all clean and ran great. Once we got to the dealership I was even more surprised at how open and honest Chad was about the car we were focused on. He showed us the car fax without hesitation and provided more information about the car than any dealership I had ever been to. There were no secrets. The only reason I didn't give them a five on price is probably more on me than on them. I had higher expectations on my trade in than I should have (don't we all) but in the end Chad was fair and did the best he could. Once we decided to buy the car, Doug made the paperwork as easy as any paperwork I had ever done before and we were out of state and financed the car. The only delay was being on hold for twenty minutes with my car insurance company. I would definitely go to auto direct cars again. More

Not only during the purchasing process but more importantly even after the sale. It is easy to see that customer satisfaction is important to the dealer and that their goal is for their customers to be happy with the cars they purchase. I originally found them on the Internet, which led to checking out their vast inventory in person. I scheduled to see a particular vehicle, and was instantly impressed when the owner, Bob, answered the phone himself, and gave me his cell # for future reference, and has the most excellent and thorough phones skills. While on the lot, I stumbled upon a different vehicle I fell in love with, and ultimately ended up buying. No pressure from the staff whatsoever, so unlike many other pushy salesman on other lots I had already been to. At Bob's prices, any vehicle truly sells itself. Mike took me out on a few diff test drives, w/o any sales pitches and no hassles whatsoever. And before buying, Bob and Chad did everything they could to satisfy any and all concerns I had. Doug got me through the loan process quickly, once I was ready to buy... and was both exceptionally thorough and friendly throughout the entire process. Another worker even took me to the car rental agency to return my rental too, so I wouldn't have to wait on the rental agency. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The entire staff was friendly, honorable. courteous, and sold me an excellent vehicle I hope to have for a long time, at a very reasonable price. Not only will I return there for my next purchase, but I'm already lining up other people I know, who are looking for vehicles now. Hands down, this has been the best car shopping & buying experience I've ever had. More

After leaving the dealership the ABS service light came on. Then the engine light came on. I brought it right back and they immediately found the problem with a scanner. Based on their responsiveness I have great confidence this vehicle will be repaired at no cost to me. I will have to wait a couple of days for a part. Bob and Chad's responsiveness, honesty, and good nature are a breath of fresh air. I could be feeling quite unlucky, but instead I feel their dealership stands behind their work. Bob spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the sale. They deserve to get kudos for their customer care. They are second to none! Bob and Chad are truly invested in making my experience a positive one. What a great family! More

Auto Direct allowed me to browse the lot and provided a no-pressure buying experience; I received advice from an experienced and friendly salesman (Mike), who treated me like part of the family. My car had just arrived on the lot, and there was a small flaw in its upholstery, but AutoDirect fixed the problem for free. When it came time to pick and buy a car, I felt confident in my choice. I have had the car for a little over a week, and I love it. I could not have had a better first buying experience, and plan to return to AutoDirect when its time to purchase my next car. More
