We were disappointed in the dealer that is located in our town, and decided to head to Bonneville in Manchester, NH. Every person we spoke to was friendly without being overbearing, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The sales rep we worked with was Michael Raymond, he was open, honest, extremely friendly and got right to the point! We didn't have to haggle over pricing, he offered his best shot, and it was great. I am looking to purchase another new vehicle this year, and will return to Bonneville, and to Mike Raymond, to make the deal. Overall, the customer service at this location are impeccable. We also spoke to the finance manager, Rob Hemond, and although we didn't finance our veh, he was very friendly and helped us choose a service plan that suits our needs. There wasn't one employee that we encountered that didn't ask if we had everything we needed. I noticed that every potential customer that came in was treated in the exact same manner. More
