I have purchased my last two vehicles from Mike Raymond at Bonneville, the second, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, being purchased as recently as Presidents Weekend. They were certified pre-owned vehicles as at Bonneville, the second, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, being purchased as recently as Presidents Weekend. They were certified pre-owned vehicles as that fit my budget. If any service work was needed to the first car, a 2008 Jeep Liberty, the work was done by Bonneville. I have to say that working with Mike makes buying a car a pleasurable experience instead of one where your stomach is in knots over making the right decision to buy or not. He is an outstanding sales representative for Bonneville as he works well with his customers, gets to know them and what they like and dislike, and works to get them the best possible deal. He makes his clients feel they are important. He keeps them abreast of every step in the process from test driving to financing to even servicing. I believe Jay was the person who helped me find the right financing and extended warrantee program and was also welcoming and hospitable as well. Last but not least, I want to commend the service representatives, service staff, and express service as they have always been pleasant, informative, done their best to see my Jeep Liberty was kept in top running condition. All in all, I would recommend Bonneville not only for their Jeep products, but for the people, such as Mike Raymond, Jay, etc. that they employ to work with the public--us--the potential new customers and returning customers. More

Mike Raymond and Jay Miller are rock stars! I've know Mike for some time and after telling him we were interested in a Jeep he invited me to stop by. I test drove the Jeep that I liked, picked up my family, they loved it, and then the fireworks began. I was simply amazed by the level of enthusiasm and genuine honest customer service these guys displayed. We walk out a couple hours later with a new Jeep and a few unexpected extras to sweeten the deal. These guys are professional and know what they are doing from start to finish. If I had any idea it was going to be like this I would have visited Bonneville sooner. What a ride! Pun intended. More

I cosigned with another person and even with less than great credit they were able to find a way to get us approved and with a monthly payment that is way lower than we expected. They patiently walked us through every step and obviously worked really hard to make sure we got the best deal, not the easiest. They worked with us to get us as close to our ideal as possible. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. More

I happened to visit Bonneville with a friend, browsing for a car he wanted to look at. I own(ed) a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I enjoy a lot, and was not in the market to replace. I happened for a car he wanted to look at. I own(ed) a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I enjoy a lot, and was not in the market to replace. I happened to notice a 2013 Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible (CPO with 9k miles) that caught my eye, as it was virtually a twin to mine (except newer, obviously). I called my salesman Mike Raymond and arranged to view the car. Mike has treated me well in the past, and I have sent him 6-7 referrals. I trust Mike and appreciate the fact that he always goes the extra mile (even offering me his own car to go get breakfast while I waited for him to be available the day I bought my car) and will NOT sell a car to someone that they can't afford or isn't right for them. No pressure, and "just the facts" is the way he conducts himself, and it means a lot to me to know that I can trust him to be honest during the buying process (which is easy there), and to take care of me after the sale. He made the deal happen (I was NOT in the market to buy another car, but it WAS the perfect car for me) and I even made it to work on time that afternoon! Jay in the finance office was excellent also, I purchased an extended warranty to cover my car fully for 100K miles, and the peace of mind is excellent. I have also had the pleasure to deal with Perry in service and he is also a terrific asset. I truly do "believe in Bonneville", and will continue to patronize them as well as send friends and family their way! Job well done!! More
