I was referred to this dealership and sales person by a close friend who has bought a lot of cars here. I couldn't be happier. I walked in and did not expect to drive away in a different car then I was goi close friend who has bought a lot of cars here. I couldn't be happier. I have been to a few car dealers this week, and none of them compared to the service I got a Bonneville and Sons! Right from the start I was greeted promptly and with friendly people . My experience was quick and easy. No pressure. I saw what I was interested on-line, went into the dealership, met Mike, test drove the car, and bought it at a great price. Krista showed me the service dept w I was interested on-line, went into the dealership, met Mike, test drove the car, and bought it at a great price. Krista showed me the service dept which I have already used to get my protection package. Service and Enterprise rental were just as quick and easy. I have been with Bonneville for 6 years now and just signed on my 3rd lease yesterday. Mike Raymond is the best! Goes above and beyond every time I am there and does everything he can to get me what signed on my 3rd lease yesterday. Mike Raymond is the best! Goes above and beyond every time I am there and does everything he can to get me what I want and at a fair price! Will never drive anything but a Jeep! Service techs are great too when I go for an oil change, always fast! Would recommend Bonneville to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Cant go wrong with Bonneville!!! More

I called Mike stating it was time for a new vehicle. At the time, I owned a 2005 Jeep Liberty and was looking to upgrade to a newer model. My 2005 Jeep Liberty was not purchased from this dealership. By th the time, I owned a 2005 Jeep Liberty and was looking to upgrade to a newer model. My 2005 Jeep Liberty was not purchased from this dealership. By the time I got to the Dealership, Mike already had a list compiled of vehicles for me to check out saving me precious time. Mike had to step out, and Tom and Jay picked up the ball and started running. I left a dealership the same day with a 2011 Jeep Liberty with everything I wanted plus some! Tom & Jay listened to what I had to say and the reasons for my decisions. I did not have to haggle or banter back-and-forth regarding paperwork or warranty details. It is of my opinion that Bonneville & Sons as well as, their employees know the meaning of Customer Service. More

Started out by chating to the online sales person. I wanted to find out if the dealer still had the vehicle I was interested in. They did, and I said I would be in to look at the car the following day. wanted to find out if the dealer still had the vehicle I was interested in. They did, and I said I would be in to look at the car the following day. I recieved a voice mail on a follow up to when I would be in, and I set up a time and day. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly directed to a sales person. This person had the vehicle i was interested in up front for me to look at. I did not have to search the lot and I was quickly given a test drive. Michael Raymond was my sales person. I would reccomend Michael any day any time. He was quick and to the point, no bull, a bit of fluff, but not to much. I wound up buying the vehicle, got the price I wanted, and the trade I wanted. This was by far the best buying experince ever for me. I highly reccomend Bonneville and Sons. More
