Michael let us know from the beginning that we would have to wait a few days for the dealer's lone EV tech to get to our car, but he kept us updated the whole time, and communication was quick and easy. Michael was awesome! He listened to my concerns and helped me figure out what was best to keep my vehicle running and safe. My only point of dissatisfaction is the cashier. I was not made aware of a surcharge for using my credit card. It added an additional $111 to my already $3900 bill. I understand that there was a line and it was the end of the day, but if I were informed prior to her running my card, I would have paid with debit or cash. More
