We made an appointment with Erica Pollino to test drive a new NX350 for my wife and me. Erica was thorough and patient with both of us throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. S new NX350 for my wife and me. Since we were in our initial search Erica was very helpful with our questions and understood that we would not be making a decision that day. We made the decision to buy the NX350 a couple of days later and we worked with Erica's teammate Michael Featherstone to finalize a deal. We negotiated a fair price and finalized the deal quickly and easily. The car had the windows tinted and prepped in about 1 1/2 hours and I was on the road. The whole process was quick and easy and everyone was pleasant and professional. More
