We made an appointment with Erica Pollino to test drive a new NX350 for my wife and me. Erica was thorough and patient with both of us throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. S new NX350 for my wife and me. Erica was thorough and patient with both of us throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Since we were in our initial search Erica was very helpful with our questions and understood that we would not be making a decision that day. We made the decision to buy the NX350 a couple of days later and we worked with Erica's teammate Michael Featherstone to finalize a deal. We negotiated a fair price and finalized the deal quickly and easily. The car had the windows tinted and prepped in about 1 1/2 hours and I was on the road. The whole process was quick and easy and everyone was pleasant and professional. More
