I know that Toyota cars are exceptionally good compared to competitors’ cars but didn’t have a great experience with the salesperson when I purchased my previous car, Sienna. I came across Glen Toyota with high customer ratings on the internet and scheduled a test-drive for RAV4 & Camry and met with Johnny. He was modest and conscientious. When I told him that I wanted to revisit a couple of days later to decide on the color of the vehicle, he introduced me to Darluis because he was off that day. I think that is not easy thing to do and his adaptability to my schedule and preference really impressed me. Darluis was just so wonderful on the day I purchased my car, RAV4. He was very agreeable and tried to accommodate my request as much as he could. I am so blessed that I met them. Thank you so much Johnny and Darluis! More
