I appreciate having the Nissan dealer to take my car to for routine maintenance and factory recall issues. However, it took the dealership took over 5 1/2 hours to perform an oil change, factory recall for for routine maintenance and factory recall issues. However, it took the dealership took over 5 1/2 hours to perform an oil change, factory recall for the turbo hose, coolant flush, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, and cabin filter replacement. it would have been nice if the service advisor, Sonia Juarez, had met with me briefly to set the correct timeframe expectation. in addition, Sonia did not meet with me after the work was done to go over the work the dealership performed as well as the overall condition of the vehicle based upon their inspection. I have to admit I've been spoiled by the service department personnel at Jerry Seiner Mazda who serviced my Mazda CX-5s and they made sure to consult with customers personally over repairs and made sure the customer was happy with their work before the customer departed with a handshake. Going the extra step could mean big dividends for Nissan customer loyalty in the future. More

Bought a 2022 Marano. From planet Nissan in 2022 just before the warranty ends multiple drive issues happening and they don’t know how to fix it. The director Mike won’t return my calls. Jason says he’ll get back to me and never does. I have to call up and get angry every time to get these guys to do anything normal I’ve bought two cars from this dealership. I’ve owned six Nissans in my life. Apparently I was a fan of the brand, but these guys make it hard to continue to be that. More
