I had a really great experience getting my oil change at the dealership. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Ryan checked me in quickly and explained the dealership. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Ryan checked me in quickly and explained what services were being done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, the service felt thorough and trustworthy. It’s nice knowing my car is being handled by technicians who are familiar with the brand. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. More

Very poor customer service from Sonja Juarez who is full of attitude and not helpful to customers. Shuttle driver refused to bring me back to the dealership once service was completed, stated it's for local of attitude and not helpful to customers. Shuttle driver refused to bring me back to the dealership once service was completed, stated it's for locals only (which I am). Poor response from management also who denied me for asking to speak with the owner. I was also injured exiting the shuttle and made it known to the driver and to management. Do better Planet Nissan. Do I need to teach you how to behave properly? More

I own a 2004 Nissan Quest. A little old but still runs great. However it got a mysterious dashboard connection problem and who could blame a 22 year old car for trouble now and A little old but still runs great. However it got a mysterious dashboard connection problem and who could blame a 22 year old car for trouble now and then. I called and made an appointment for Planet Nissan to check it out and they told me upfront there would be a diagnostic fee. I agreed and dropped it off. Within 2 hours, Nissan called me with both good and bad news and told me they would not be able to repair the issue due to access to outdated but new parts. The good news was they pinpointed the exact issue and they were NOT going to charge me the diagnostic fee. I was able to take their findings and went to a salvage yard and replaced the part myself for under $40. Very happy with how this turned out. More
