I drive in from Northern Pahrump to go to this dealership because it is the closest. My truck was throwing a crankshaft sensor code so I decided to take it to PN dealership. I called early morning and spoke because it is the closest. My truck was throwing a crankshaft sensor code so I decided to take it to PN dealership. I called early morning and spoke to a service rep and asked to make an appointment to have all three sensor replaced. He told me to call part to make sure they had the crank and two cam sensor. OK, so he transfered me and the parts dept said they had them. Parts transferred me back, however it went to voice mail. I left a message. All day went by and no return call. The next day I called and left another message. All day went by and no returning call. Day three I called and spoke to a woman and told her the situation and she scheduled me an appointment. A few days later I arrived from my appointment and the replacement went smoothly. I waited in the lobby and it took about 4 and 1/2 hours. The mechanic also did a service inspection and said that everything was fine. I had specifically asked them to check my brakes. And my radiator hose that was leaking slightly . The mechanic told me that I could replace the hose however they were waiting for factory o m e parts. I told him to skip those replacement and I would do it myself. However, about 2 weeks I heard a grinding sound when breaking up front. later that day I inspected the brakes myself and discovered that my front passenger side brake pads were worn gone and grinding the grove into the rotor. The maintenance tech had obviously not looked at the front pads. I had the front rotors and pads replaced at Midas in Colorado Springs as I was on a 9 day trip with my wife. If the Nissan Dealer worker had actually done that brake inspection and told me the front brakes were worn, I could have replaced the pads and save the cost of rotors. More
