Disappointed on this scheduled appointment. I barely spoke to my service advisor. Maybe I was disappointed because Heath Marquette was no longer there. I wasn’t offered a court car wash & my beige steering wheel cover has grease stains all over it. Also, I wasn’t offered a renewal for the 3 oil changes for $50. I spent $300 this time & I have always spent more than just the oil changes in the past. So much for keeping customers satisfied. Is there new owner???? I have no idea who the people listed below in Service Dept ??? More
