Great Service I took my truck in for it's first service. Staff was polite, professional (yet comfortably friendly), and quick. The service that was done on my truck was done in a timely manner (only the 5000 mile svs). The only problem I have is with the "free was" on every service. The vehicle is washed but not dried. This is despite what the owners manual says to do. 2016 Tacoma Owner"s Manual page 434, 4th line down in the Cleaning and protecting the vehicle exterior. I don't want water spots on my truck. Especially on a new truck. If you aren't going to follow your owners manual then don't offer the service. If it weren't for the wash thing I would have given 5 stars... More
