Excellent service! I was very happy with the service you provided yesterday on my Toyota Highlander. Mike was exceptional! However, I was not pleased when I went up I was very happy with the service you provided yesterday on my Toyota Highlander. Mike was exceptional! However, I was not pleased when I went up to your Body Shop. When I arrived there must have been at least 6 people outside smoking. When I got out my car all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I work in cancer diagnostics and the one thing that I can't stand is people smoking! Smokers don't care about their health and I think that may be true about their jobs as well. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Outstanding service at Hoffman Toyota, from Michael Fuhr. My most recent service appointment with Hoffman Toyota was on 7-23-15 and the purpose of this appointment was to correct all of the "caution areas" id My most recent service appointment with Hoffman Toyota was on 7-23-15 and the purpose of this appointment was to correct all of the "caution areas" identified a month earlier, when I went in for an oil change and check of all systems possibly needing repair or adjustment. On my visit of 7-23-15, I was immediately met by the service advisor, Michael Fuhr. After showing him the paperwork showing the areas noted Caution on the earlier visit, he immediately explained to me what would be done to correct these, as well as to evaluate any other areas of my vehicle, to be sure there were no other caution factors present. I could not have been more pleased with the excellent, professional, informative, and efficient response and completion of work, I received from Michael. I will certainly return to Hoffman Toyota, and continue to recommend this dealership to my friends in the future. More
