I want to thank Mike Galle and acknowledge the outstanding service he provided to me in buying my new car! When I went to the dealership, my only intent was to look and get an idea of prices outstanding service he provided to me in buying my new car! When I went to the dealership, my only intent was to look and get an idea of prices and options. I definitely was not intending on buying until the summer. However, I was so impressed by the service and care that Mike provided, not only to me but to my husband and children that we bought on the spot! My purchase was made possible because of Mike Galle! His knowledge of the cars; the high level of professionalism and service he provided me; his integrity; and the fact that he never once made me feel pressured or nervous. He was so accommodating to me and my young daughters and welcomed them to sit in the cars and treated them with such respect. I believe that every business is built one customer at a time and Mike definitely has a new customer for life! He is a fantastic salesman and an invaluable asset to Land Rover and should be recognized for his outstanding professionalism, courtesy and respect. Mike made everything so seamless and easy and took care of everything from beginning to end. The car is absolutely stunning, rides amazing and I am beyond happy and satisfied with my new white Range Rover Sport. It has made my two hour commute to work everyday so much more pleasurable sitting in pure comfort! I feel certain that I will be purchasing many fine cars from Mike in the future. Mike was very easy, personable and great to work with! He spent as much time as needed with us and never rushed the conversation.
