I was looking for a 4x4, the first vehicle he showed me was what we both thought was a 4x4. come to find out it wasn't . disappointed because I really liked the vehicle I was ready to walk. without skipping a beat Michael showed me a different vehicle it was much nicer than the other one and gave me more bang for the buck. My wife even liked it when I showed her the vehicle with all of the options when I got home. my overall experience at suburban was OUTSTANDING. that's why they get 5 stars from me. thanks again Michael. We had visited several other dealerships in the area in an attempt to learn about our options for potentially purchasing a second a vehicle sometime i We had visited several other dealerships in the area in an attempt to learn about our options for potentially purchasing a second a vehicle sometime in the next year. We had some idea about what we wanted but were interested in having someone who knew more about vehicles in general share their expertise. When we got to the dealership and we started asking questions to Michael, he was open and honest and chose to direct us to Rick because he felt that Rick had the expertise necessary to help us better. Rick was incredible! We came away feeling like we had a better idea about what our options were and what would be a good fit for us, and we felt respected and valued by everyone at the dealership, especially Michael, who was thoughtful enough to get us to an appropriate sales representative. It was by far the best experience we've had at a dealership, and when the time comes we will be heading back! More

All of my questions were answered in an easy to understand way and if they did not know the answer they went and found someone who could answer it for me.
