Lexus Visit We recently had our LX in for an oil change. Several days after that we found a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. Immediately scheduled appointment which was for 9:30. We arrived change. Several days after that we found a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. Immediately scheduled appointment which was for 9:30. We arrived at 9:34 and Michael Gauen informed us we were late, then proceeded to say, “What did you do to it?” Never once while we waited did we receive an apology. In all the years and numerous purchases with this dealership have we been treated with poor customer service. Needless to say, we will be taking our future purchases elsewhere! More

We have been loyal customers for 6 years now. Josh Keough is truly the best. We are thankful for his advice and guidance. He is our guy when it comes to new cars.
