It’s the worst experience yet! !! Technican tried to have me do inspections and numerous staf before hi even start working on the car!!! I make appointment for oil change only knowi !! My transmission died in my 9 year old Outlander. I had purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and this is the first time I had to use it. With warranties I always get nervous the provid I had purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and this is the first time I had to use it. With warranties I always get nervous the provider will find an out or there will be a high cost. Biggers identified the next day that the transmission was shot and filed a claim. They approved replacement of a rebuilt transmission at ZERO cost to me. They communicated the timeline for when the repair would be completed, provided a loaner, and made a stressful experience very positive. Highly recommend. More
