I arrived and within 5 to 10 minutes my car was being worked on. The service manager explained what they did and explained what service should be done. I have always received outstanding service from Biggers Mitsubishi. I first walked into their showroom in 1999. I wanted to test drive one specific model. That was it!, They did not get in with me, which is what I had always been used too. After what I had been through at other dealerships with test drives, I said to myself, even if I don't get this car, I will get something from this dealership. I have only dealt with this dealership since then. Plus I get a birthday card from them (Jim Casey) yearly! More

Not happy with Jose Perez. He checked everything ok without actually doing the job. The oil was never changed. It appears to have a brownish color.
