Initial experience on 3/21 was not good. I felt bombarded by 4 different sales personnel and pressured to make a deal in a car i didn’t want and at a price i comfortable with. The deal in the table that day was not what I wanted. I ended up having to leave to pick up my son at the airport, but I told Fadi (the sales guy) I would email him early in the week. I emailed him 2 days later and he never responded. In fact, when I returned to the dealership the following Saturday he admitted to me that he doesn’t check his work email. Luckily, Ernesto had called me that Thursday, we had a good talk about my initial experience and the lack of response to my email, and he convinced me to return on Saturday. On Saturday, 3/28/26, Ernesto and Michael came in with a great deal in the exact car I wanted, and I left in 3 hours with my new car. More

Absolutely the worst experience ever! I was misled from the start. I traded in my truck for a used vW just under a month ago. The "add on" packages were never clarified, and I was misled with the numbers. Didn't realize until I got home and looked over the thumb drive (since nothing is on paper). Drove back and met with the dealer and was assured a call back in the morning. There was no call back. I called for days ad left message after message and never got a call back. Finally reached someone that was of no help. On top of it all there was a significant amount of equity in my truck that I wanted paid back to me by. Which was "promised " would be ready within a few days. Once again, call after call and no check. After a few weeks I was told that the accounting dept moved and the check you;d be ready in a few days, another LIE. I finally received the check a day ago! Almost 1 month after the trade. This is exactly why dealerships have a bad reputation. They should be embarrassed! More

‼️Buyer Beware‼️ I’m writing this review to warn other buyers about a very deceptive practice at VW of North Tampa. I purchased a truck from this dealership and was charged almost $4,000 for two warran buyers about a very deceptive practice at VW of North Tampa. I purchased a truck from this dealership and was charged almost $4,000 for two warranties, which were listed on my paperwork as “accessories.” I repeatedly asked multiple times if these warranties could be removed. Each time, I was told they came with the vehicle and could not be taken off. I went forward with the purchase because I genuinely love the truck and I still do, but something didn’t feel right. I contacted the warranty companies directly, and they informed me that the warranties actually come with the vehicle for free and that there should have been no cost at all. I immediately contacted the dealership. Over the past two months, I have been run around nonstop, despite being told over the phone, via email, and through text messages that the warranties would be canceled and the money refunded to my lender. As of today, that has not happened. Because of this, I have filed formal complaints with: • The Attorney General • The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (Dealer Compliance) I have also attached a photo of my proposal so others can see how the warranties were misrepresented as “accessories.” Please be very careful when reviewing your paperwork here. Ask questions, read everything line by line, and do not assume anything “comes with the car.” Learn from my experience and don’t fall for it. More
