The sales reps are courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend Mike Green. He worked very hard to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. They did not have the specific vehicle I wanted on the lot, but Mike worked diligently to get it and bring it onsite. He made the experience very seamless. I can't say enough about his hard work, commitment & professionalism throughout the process. I also worked with Nicole DeVos to do my paperwork. She was very efficient and had everything ready for me when I arrived at the dealership..... Very pleasant and professional. I really loved working with her..... I highly recommend her as well. The Service Department is the best ever!! My service writer over the years has been Mike Retz... He is like family. I love him..... They do pick up and delivery...… No other Lexus dealership in the area offers this service...… So I will accept nothing less!!
