He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Then shared that he had one particular vehicle would fit all our needs. Then he asked us to stop by & just look. Many others reached out, they were friendly but not as dynamic as Craig. He apologized after first 2 times if he was bothering me, but really felt like this vehicle was right for us and a really great deal. He was right, it was awesome! But we felt we couldn't afford the payments, and he and his manager found another vehicle for us that meet our requirements, it didn't have all the bells and whistles but it had everything we required and met our budget. I thought I wanted the other vehicle at first. Then we got our Flex, which I didn't think I wanted, but now love. I have some physical handicaps and the Flex was exactly what I needed and fits our needs. Easy buying experience My husband and I were just out going through different dealership parking lots looking for a truck for him. We actually left the lot but turned around My husband and I were just out going through different dealership parking lots looking for a truck for him. We actually left the lot but turned around and went back because we liked the fact that we hadn't been bothered and 'attacked' by a salesman while just browsing. We did test drive a truck on the lot but it didn't have the specifications my husband was looking for. Michael Henry ( the salesman we ended up working with) and Rick (one of the managers) went above and beyond and found out the specifications my husband was looking for and found a truck online with those exact specifications at a sister dealership in Kansas. We made the deal, did the paperwork and when the truck arrived, verified it was what my husband wanted and went home with a new truck! More

It was on course to be the best and smoothest vehicle purchase until I did not accept their "low ball" offer for my trade. After they accepted my counter offer the bloom fell off the transaction. The F & I guy actually called me a "Numbers Guy" Not sure if that was a compliment or a back handed insult. My first service visit was prompt and courteous but the results were so-so. Want to rate Metro Ford at 3.5 stars but don't have that option. More

George Indelicato and Michael Henry had the car I inquired about washed, gassed and ready to test drive when I arrived. They both are very informative, but not pushy! Very on point and everything ready, no game playing nor switching around of models - this is what I want and out the door in an hour! I've dealt with the service department on my previous model but I'm very bad on names. I will say the service writers have always been very welcoming & efficient. They also call when my car was finished and ready to go. I've never had to chase it down. More
