Great Experience for first time buyer! Michael Henry and Rick made my first major car purchase from a dealership the best that I could have hoped for! I am usually a very nervous individual but Michael and Rick helped me stay calm during the process. They addressed all my needs and helped me get the best deal on the vehicle and the extended warranty! I will definitely go through them the next time I am in the market for another vehicle. They didn't have my vehicle in stock and he went out and found my vehicle in another state and got it to me within a four day time frame. All of the people, from the ow I bought my 2015 Ford F-150, Extended Cab at Metro Ford. It was the 8th vehicle that I have purchased from Metro Ford. All of the people, from the owner , Bobby Hewlet and Corey Thompson, to all of the sales associates to the finance department have been great. The service department at Metro is exceptional also. It's nice to go to a car dealership where everybody knows your name and they are interested in taking the best care of you. More

Fast and Easy Great guys who were willing to go the extra mile to find the exact car you need/want. Would recommend to family and friends alike. Finding a new 2015 Explorer at the end of the year when a new model is released can be tricky, but George made it easy on me. Found exactly what we were looking for and Paul in Finance is as professional and friendly as the come. The whole Metro team was pleasant to work with. More
