Brake job I had my brakes done by someone other than me for the first time in 50 years. They made noise when backing up. I took the truck back 3 times and was t I had my brakes done by someone other than me for the first time in 50 years. They made noise when backing up. I took the truck back 3 times and was told that was normal. Brakes never made noise when I did them myself. I told service dept. to find the problem or I was trading for a Chevy. All fixed now and no noise, finally. More

Best truck buying experience, I started out as one of those kicking tires customers knowing my old truck needed to be replaced eventually. I ran into Mike at the dealer and I didn' I started out as one of those kicking tires customers knowing my old truck needed to be replaced eventually. I ran into Mike at the dealer and I didn't know he worked there, I have known Mike and my personal opinion of him is he is a stand up guy who genuinely cares. Over several weeks we went over what I was looking for while I was still learning about features. He was plenty patient with me and made truck shopping easy. I ended up buying a truck that fits me well from a local dealer because of Mike. More
