On Saturday, April 10 I noticed I was losing air in my rear tire. Going to the dealership approximately 12:30 PM I noticed the service department was closed. Several sales Consultants we’re near and I ask rear tire. Going to the dealership approximately 12:30 PM I noticed the service department was closed. Several sales Consultants we’re near and I ask if they knew where I could get nitrogen for my tire. Michael Johnson immediately opened the garage door and had me bring my vehicle in, adding air to my tire without hesitation. I was so grateful because I was starting to panic as this is my first vehicle with nitrogen air in the tires. This was something he didn’t have to do. After realizing I had some sort of nail in my tire, my husband tried to plug the tire… Which failed. My husband drove my 2020 Acadia to your dealership in hopes they could help. Unfortunately the tire needed to be replaced. Your service manager Michael Kraman took the time to call every shop in Augusta area to try to find a tire for my Acadia since your dealership did not have one in stock; not being able to find one, a tire was ordered. The next day my tire arrived and Michael Kraman worked me in towards the end of the day to ensure I was able to get my tire put on my Acadia. This may seem like it’s trivial, however, it’s always the little things they go on noticed. The customer service was top-notch! 😊 More
