I know my cars and know I was a tough sale, and Michael knew when to push back, in a fair and admirable way. Ultimately, he worked to help me stay within my budget and got me in a vehicle I am very pleased to be in. He’s even going to mail me a little plastic piece I asked for. Who does that? Gives me faith in this world. I’ve been to many car dealerships in my search and live over an hour away from Smithtown. The next vehicle I need to purchase, I am very likely to take the hour plus drive to Smithtown Toyota again. Great job Michael! And thank you again! More
