I found the Service Advisor, Michael Kelly to be very helpful. He was very professional and when there was a problem with the diagnosis he got the shop foreman involved , together they worked out the pr helpful. In speaking with Tim, Tim reassured me that my next lease would/should still be in the parameters I told him originally. I learned from Tim that the color of my existing car was eliminated. However, Tim advised me about a new color (green/gray) that has now been added to the line up and when I went home I looked on your web page and did in fact like that color. Perhaps that will be my next car and color a year from now when my lease is up. More

Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia team got me on the schedule, gave me a loaner vehicle, ensured everything was covered under warranty and were beyond pleasant!! I am 9 months pregnant so they even told me if I went into labor they would deliver my car to the hospital. Amazing service! Worth the drive from in the perimeter to mall of Ga volvo! More
