Great service center experience! I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance at Mall of Georgia Volvo after receiving subpar service at another Volvo dealership multiple times. I was welcomed with a smile and had the best experience. Michael Kelly explained everything that would be done and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this Volvo dealership! I always relied on my Volvo dealership in Pennsylvania for maintenance and was a bit nervous when moving to Georgia. I am so beyond happy with the dealership and service department at Volvo Mall of Georgia. Not only is the staff pleasant and polite, I instantly and confidently trust them with my car. They ran a diagnostic and told me honestly what needed to be taken care of and it was reasonable. One less thing to worry about... when my car needs an oil change or maintenance, I’ll be visiting my new Volvo dealership at Volvo Mall of Georgia. More

Good experience but not exceptional Very easy making the deal, however things fell apart during delivery. I had to travel 10 hrs to pick up my new XC60 so I asked to make sure all softw Very easy making the deal, however things fell apart during delivery. I had to travel 10 hrs to pick up my new XC60 so I asked to make sure all software updates were completed before I arrived. They had 3 days to get that done and didn’t. I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to update the vehicle and fix a recall. Upon finally having it ready they didn’t even have the battery fully charged. They also were unwilling to install my hitch so now I have to travel 150 to get the wiring port programmed once my body shop mounts the hitch. Honestly they didn’t have a lot of time to schedule that request, but it seem like much of an effort was made to get that done for me. So while most of the experience was positive I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed they didn’t pay attention to the details or go the extra mile for a customer willing to travel 1200 miles round trip to buy a car from them. I would’ve done things differently. More

I drove 3.5 hours to purchase my wife a brand new s90 for her birthday. Louis went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. No buyers remorse here. I definitely recommend Jim Ellis volvo and to anyone wanting to purchase a Volvo you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't make the drive to Jim Ellis to see Louis Dymant. Excellence & ease all around I found the XC90 I wanted online and was able to negotiate through email. Richard always responded quickly and honestly and gave me a much better deal I found the XC90 I wanted online and was able to negotiate through email. Richard always responded quickly and honestly and gave me a much better deal than other dealers. Since I was traveling from out of state to pick the car up, Ken had all of the documents ready for me when I arrived making the paperwork process extremely quick and easy. Justin instructed me on all of the features of the car in a very knowledgable and patient manner and the service team seemed eager to meet any future needs. Everyone I encountered was friendly and engaging. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend these guys. They are excellent! More
