Service department is top notch I bought my car from another Volvo dealership in Atlanta (not to be named) and they were jerks so I vowed not to go back to them for service. I'm in A I bought my car from another Volvo dealership in Atlanta (not to be named) and they were jerks so I vowed not to go back to them for service. I'm in Athens often for work so out of convenience I've gone there, but they leave a lot to be desired. The Mall of Georgia service department is the best in the area. Michael and his team are nice, test the issue again and again to make sure it's fixed and they clearly communicate. I won't be taking my Volvo anywhere else. More

Navigation Installation on 2020 S60 Prompt, professional service. Employees were very polite and respectful. I was quoted an acceptable price before work was done. As it turns out, the final price was a little less than originally quoted which was a very pleasant (though unexpected), surprise. I was definitely pleased with the service, and will continue taking my automobile to Volvo Cars Mall of GA in the future. More

Great service I had to bring my car back for some work and they were great. They had it for a week, during which time I had a loaner car. Didn't love the loaner (it I had to bring my car back for some work and they were great. They had it for a week, during which time I had a loaner car. Didn't love the loaner (it was a XC90, so it was much bigger than I want to drive) but it was great to have a car to drive while they were doing the work that needed to be done. Michael followed up with me a few times to let me know where they were at and accommodated my schedule in picking it up. Always pleasant to work with. Marcus was particularly nice when I came to pick up my vehicle. More
