Louis greeted us as we entered the gorgeous showroom, and invited us to help ourselves to the well-stocked drink and snack bar station while we explained our car buying needs. Louis was friendly and very knowledgeable of Volvo, without being overly aggressive! We explained we were just beginning our search and would be comparing with other brands as well. Louis was able to provide us with a wealth of information regarding the XC 60 and it's "siblings" the XC90 and the XC40: ) Louis worked diligently and selflessly with us until he located exactly the model and color scheme we preferred. He is very knowledgeable of the new technology and helped us understand how it all worked! We also worked with Rex, who patiently answered our long list of questions regarding our purchase options. He was outgoing and knowledgeable about Volvos. In addition, when we took the car back to have an accessory added, Tim Brown in the service department provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. We would definitely recommend buying from Volvo Mall of Georgia. More

Rex was also great to work with, professional and fun to talk with when finalizing my XC90 purchase. My first service appointment with my new XC90 was a great experience. I typically dread going to dealerships for service, maintenance, etc, but the Volvo dealership space to work in while waiting, the kind approach and frequent updates made it a really pleasurable experience. He was very knowledgeable on the technology packages and helped us understand what all the features meant. It was helpful to know what made the prices different for each vehicles as well so we could decide which were the most important for us. The staff was friendly and did not feel pressured to buy a car the first day we came. It took 2 weeks before we were able to get our financing together and after all was done we came back and bought the XC90 that we wanted. Jim Ellis of Mall of Georgia's prices were below everywhere else and the Volvo certified 170 point inspection was a must for us. After purchasing the vehicle Zach spent a long time in the car to show us all the features and how to optimize the New ride! He went above and beyond on customer service by coming in the next day (on his day off) to finish the All State treatment package we purchased and did not have time when we bought it! We appreciated the pleasant experience purchasing a car. More

When my air conditioning seemed inadequate, I was able to get an appointment right away to check it out. The Service Manager is the best ( I think I spoke with him on the phone)! The service advisor was equally wonderful to work with, and I love the fact they washed the car as well. It's good that I took it in because it happened to have a slow leak that needed repair to avoid a bigger problem down the road (no pun intended.) Since I was there a few hours, I really appreciated the nice complimentary coffee and snack bar. Thanks to a fantastic team for a job well done! More
