Alex Demsky was very well prepared for our visit and made getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. He set up our car, downloaded the app for me on my getting our new Land Rover effortless. Nolan, the tech support person, was also extremely helpful. He set up our car, downloaded the app for me on my phone and showed me how to use it. We upgrade our car every 3 years or so and will definitely come back to this dealership. Very professional, responsive in finding the right vehicle for our family needs. Pricing was transparent from the start. Karen Covino was available all hours of the day and even on days off and work vehicle for our family needs. Pricing was transparent from the start. Karen Covino was available all hours of the day and even on days off and worked around my schedule. Also i like dealing with people with a sense of humor and are fun. She was super! There was no aggressive up-sell of other features like tire insurance or pre-paid maintenance. It was a real pleasure dealing with Karen and Mike Krail from the Business Side. Also the dealership was spotless. They really earned this review with a real dedication to old fashioned customer service. More
