From the manager to the sales person to the tech guru there was not one part that wasn’t above exceptional in any means. We basically came in, saw the car we liked and walked out with a new car within a three hour period. During each step of the process, we felt very much appreciated and well taken care of. The service was well above expected. The littlest of detail were perfected. Can’t thank all of you for an amazing experience. My wife is so happy but would be happier if I’d let her actually drive her new car vs me hog it to myself. I’ll definitely be switching from my Bmw to a Land Rover Sport. Joel was our sales guy and made the process seamless. He truly was amazingly experienced and very customer friendly. Jorge the manager was amazing as well and very customer friendly and detailed. He even came by several times to ensure all was going well with Joel and we were happy with the service. Michael in finance made the finance process quick and painless. The only thing that would have made it better was him paying for the car himself. Overall, an amazing and above exceptional experience.
