It started from when we met our Salesman Yury Semenikhin. Cordial, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy! I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that night, but I felt so comfortable with the truly genuine people we met (Jorge) that we started to talk numbers and then I was even more impressed. I did my research on what the market considers a "fair purchase price" for the vehicle and they far exceeded it, even accounting for a fair price on my trade. I have owned many high end vehicles; Porsche's BMW, Audi's but this is my first Land Rover and I have to say I am very impressed with the product. Longevity it will tell of course but first impression all the way around is topnotch!. More

Karen is a wonderful person who helped us out with every aspect of the deal. She explained each and everything of the car in detail no matter how much time it took and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. There was not a single bit of push from Karen like some other dealer would do to sell the car. Once I agreed to lease the car all the documents were prepared upfront for us so that we do not have to wait for long and then we met with Mike who explained us all the documents before he asked to sign them and again there was no rush he gave me time to review the documents and once I was satisfied I signed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a car hassle free with top quality service. Thanks again for this wonderful experience.. More

Pleasant Experience Through and Through My husband had placed a cold call to this dealership based on an ad that was in a local paper and had been paired with Karen, she efficiently and hone My husband had placed a cold call to this dealership based on an ad that was in a local paper and had been paired with Karen, she efficiently and honestly answered his questions at the time and he explained that we had not determined quite yet which vehicle we were going to pursue. After a few weeks and much consideration we called back and asked to speak with Karen again and told her exactly what we were looking for and if she could find us that vehicle and work us up a lease price. Unfortunately she was unable to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for because it was a special order color and we didn't have the luxury of waiting as I had just returned my previous lease, so she had us come and look at one tat you had on you lot that was sold, but was waiting for a trade that was coming in its place and if it was something that we liked we could work off of that vehicle and get a lease option offered, mind you we had never meet to this point she had been doing all this by phone with us, needless to say we did go and look at the vehicle and proceeded with obtaining the lease and couldn't be happier with our new vehicle or the experience that we encountered throughout the entire process. More
