I'm 43 years old, and been in the business for quite some time. I've learned through time that the customer ALWAYS comes first, and when done right you earn a customer for life. I truly love what I do because I get the chance to help people. Nothing feels better than helping another person that's in need. I'm pretty consistent at getting top salesman each month. Just leased my second truck from Michael Lane Holloway at Ghent Chevrolet. While the initial experience seemed great, I found out later that they had lied to me about the terms of our deal and were not willi Ghent Chevrolet. While the initial experience seemed great, I found out later that they had lied to me about the terms of our deal and were not willing to honor what they had promised. Dealing with dishonest salespeople and management who won't make it right when the errors and lies are exposed is absolutely the worst experience possible. I will be looking for a different dealer who will be honest and keep their word. More
