Overall, this was a normal vehicle purchase. We had a couple issues after delivery but the management went above and beyond to correct. It was toward the end of the day but it took almost 4 hour We had a couple issues after delivery but the management went above and beyond to correct. It was toward the end of the day but it took almost 4 hours to make the deal. It seemed the finance department could use a little speed up. Other than that, I would recommend Micheal everyday! More

Recently my car was totaled in an accident, I was crushed in sadness for the loss of my car. On the suggestion of one of their Service Technicians Danny, I went to Ghent's to buy a car I saw online. I met Mi in sadness for the loss of my car. On the suggestion of one of their Service Technicians Danny, I went to Ghent's to buy a car I saw online. I met Michael Lane a sales associate whom showed me the car, I wanted my husband to see it the next day, so we set up a time, Michael made sure he was there and available when we made the trip up to Greeley from Arvada and gave us all the info on the car, and test drove it with us. We bought the car then Jamie the manager helped make everything go smoothly for us. I will go there again for a new car as well as going to their service department for any repairs in my future.
