Jon Alaimo has been an outstanding customer service representative for years now. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from has been an outstanding customer service representative for years now. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from Lia Honda. He is a good part of the reason I do all my general maintenance at the Enfield dealership. I drive past a dealership in West Springfield to go to Lia. Other dealers do not have the service and expertise that employees like Jon exemplifies! He is courteous and prompt. Fast, easy process and great pricing I worked with Dan Hanson (sales) and Mike Loper (finance) and I can't say enough good things about the whole process. I just took delivery of my new O I worked with Dan Hanson (sales) and Mike Loper (finance) and I can't say enough good things about the whole process. I just took delivery of my new Odyssey a few days ago. The pricing was fantastic (including my trade in), there was never any pressure, and the whole process was quick and easy. I'm hoping to keep this van for 200k, but Lia will be my go to source for service and I'll happily recommend Dan and Mike to anyone in the market for a Honda. More

Good/emotional/stressful I bought my vehicle 2017 my sales Edwin didn't even take time to show me features after signing. I kept saying brakes were needed but they only change I bought my vehicle 2017 my sales Edwin didn't even take time to show me features after signing. I kept saying brakes were needed but they only changed Rotos. I found out on a service appt.in July 2018. I just lost my job and wasn't expecting this expense.i text company website and they kept saying someone would call me, never got a call.i also left a message for general manager no return call. I also text him and nothing. I still don't have new brakes. 7months of contact nothing. I wonder how they would feel if they wife got treated like this. More

Went in Nervous, Came out Amazed! I went with my young friend for moral support, and to assist her in the decision of purchasing a much needed used car. (We were warned to be cautious I went with my young friend for moral support, and to assist her in the decision of purchasing a much needed used car. (We were warned to be cautious of being taken advantage of, so to not get pressured into buying something we didn't want, or need.) Hmm, No Sinister looking crooks in there!! On the contrary, We were warmly welcomed by quiet spoken, (not aggressive, pushy), just friendly people. Mr Wes LaValley, our sales person, asked us what we were looking for, year and price range. He told us what he had and narrowed it down to the very car, year and color she desired!!! Then went over the price, and worked with my friend to give her the best trade in ever. He kindly and patiently let us look at a couple of other dealerships, then, when we returned, resolved that this was the car for her, he went over every detail of the car, as he did on the test drive, and explained everything in the contract and warranty. He was genuine and honest, in looking for what would be best for my friend, not the company, first. Clearly a man of integrity, and an asset to the company. Likewise, Jon was just as friendly, and helpful in the servicing of the car, and in explaining what was covered and suggestipns for her in the maintenance of the car. He assured her she could contact him with any questions or concerns on the car, and he would check it out, and take care of any problem, which was peace of mind for my friend. Great guy !! Michael worked miracles with numbers, monthly payments, and other options and special offerings for an extended warranty that was too good to refuse. As Les did, Mike explained every paper my friend signed and what it meant for her. There was No pressure on my friend at all, just total support. And then she was speechless to hear she could take her Honda CRV home that same day. She was so happy and relieved. Everything went unexpectedly smooth, with no anticipated stress. Great service, professionalism, understanding, going the extra mile to give her the best and safest car for her and her young family, They all did their best to work within her budget and needs. Everyone there was so friendly, By the time we were leaving, we felt like they were old friends we knew. Oh and did I mention the coffee? That was nice too.!! 😁 Yes, I would Highly recommend this place to anyone. Lia Honda of Enfield!! Thanks guys!!! We left amazed, thankful, and all smiles. 😊Especially one happy young lady as she drove her 'new' car off the lot that day !! 😀 p.s. this was my first time there, just along for the ride, in support of my friend..7/25/18 LMK, More
