I didn't buy this 2018 Escape, but it was gifted to me by my daughter as she was the original owner and was moving to Florida. My first experience with Mike Lopez went very well as I had many questions abou my daughter as she was the original owner and was moving to Florida. My first experience with Mike Lopez went very well as I had many questions about my 'new vehicle' that I found very confusing being that I am a senior citizen and coming from rather simplistic older vehicle. The person who helped me was pleasant and helpful. I was told that they were busy that day but they still took care of my car quickly. I had a squeaking problem in the front of the car.
