Bought a $73k raptor from another dealer I went to tasca ford 2 Wednesday’s ago around 10am with plans on buying the blue raptor in stock. Walked around the truck took a few pics and no one came out to see me. So I pull my White tundra up to the showroom and walk in. The receptionist was on her cell phone and didn’t notice me. I walked around the showroom sat in the white mustang and watched 4 salesman just hanging out eating breakfast at there desks in the showroom. NOT 1 PERSON EVEN SAID HELLO TO ME. After a few min went back to my truck and watched the salesman drinking his coffee while watching me sit in my truck. Needless to say I bought a $73k raptor from Shaker ford and drove it home that day. Not only did you lose a sale but lost out on a AWSOME trade a 2014 Shelby GT 500 with 3k on it (that I owned outright). I don’t know if your sales staff thought I couldn’t afford it (I was wearing jeans and a gas xxxxxx garage sweatshirt)or maybe they thought I was buried in the tundra (which had nothing to do with transaction). Maybe your sales staff is independently wealthy and didn’t need my sale. Needless to say as a big dealer you lost a sale and service customer. Word of mouth is huge and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still talking about this. Better luck next time I guess. More

He knew what he wanted, and Mike and the team at Tasca Ford of Berlin did a gr I want to this dealership with my brother, as he was looking for a car. He knew what he wanted, and Mike and the team at Tasca Ford of Berlin did a great job. Within 3 hrs, we test drove, and bought and drove away with a new car. Mike was excellent and even though i did not purchase a car there myself. Next time I am in the market I will be stopping by to see if they can help. GREAT TEAM and Great experience. More

Truth always comes out in the end. I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it I went in to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive I told the sales guy I wanted to take a day or two to think about it knowing very well it could sell in the meantime. He kept reiterating what I already knew. Anyways, his pressure tactics worked and I was stupid enough to sign the paperwork. Lucky for me I didn't give them any money that day. I get home, give it some thought, and realized I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. I email the sales guy letting him know I changed my mind. Judging from his response, I'm guessing he was annoyed. He insinuated that I "wasted" his time and went on about how he doesn't make money if he can't sell. Honestly not my problem. You chose to be a car salesman. I also have reason to believe he lied to my face just so he can "connect" with me on a personal level. Not to mention they gave me a low ball offer on my current vehicle. I have zero regrets backing out of the deal like I did. More
