The only complaint I would have was about the trade in. I trade in my 2004 F-150 which had a lot of mileages but was in good condition and was still running very well. I was asked what I was looking for as far as the trade was and I was asking $1500 which I think was very reasonable and maybe even a little low. I wasn't told of what I was getting for a trade in value until I was signing the final papers. I was assuming since I wasn't told differently that I was getting $1500 for the trade in. It was only $500. If I had known that I would have kept the truck. I had someone who was going to buy it from me for $1500. More
