Stellar Customer Service Wonderful customer service. Quick, efficient and kind. I had not had a good experience at a previous dealership with a prior service. In a nut shel Wonderful customer service. Quick, efficient and kind. I had not had a good experience at a previous dealership with a prior service. In a nut shell they never called me to tell me my car was complete, I was the one constantly trying to reach someone to know the status of my vehicle. Looking online I found that though Rusnak was not in close proximity, it has ratings of good customer service. Look, I just wanted someone to call me when I needed to pick up my car and keep me updated if they need my approval for anything (nothing out of the ordinary). I was NOT disappointed. I had scheduled the service on my birthday (first available appointment). Upon arriving, Micheal introduced himself and I was quickly ushered to my service rep. Forms took about 5 minutes, when it was discovered it was my birthday. News spread and it was nice that everyone was wishing my a happy day. I made my way to the desk to get a courtesy vehicle, only to be surprised that I got to drive a gorgeous convertible for the day. Mike and Mike went out of their way to ensure that though my service is schedule to take 4-5 hours, they would have it earlier so I would miss traffic on my way home. WOW!!! No later than 3 hours later I was updated with a pick-up time and made my way back. Upon checking out I was gifted with a gorgeous Bouquet of flowers for my birthday. I felt SPOILED. I joked that I was going to expect this for every oil change. Never going anywhere else for service, and probably not going anywhere else when I need a new car. Thanks EVERYONE! More
