Joseph Volkswagen is located in the middle of what you could compare to Mos Eisley Spaceport. And rightfully so. It's amazing how I can be quoted an expensive service, then bring it back for that servic could compare to Mos Eisley Spaceport. And rightfully so. It's amazing how I can be quoted an expensive service, then bring it back for that service only to be told that they re-diagnosed it and I need a different service that's 3x the original quote. Then after explaining to them that I don't have the money for that, they ran my car completely out of diesel. Miles to go: 0. I've never seen that. It was not that low when I had it towed over because I live in the middle of nowhere. I know better than that. Common courtesy, though, would have been to add a little bit to the tank ($5-6) so the customer (who has already spent thousands of dollars with you) can get from point a to the nearest shady filling station - assuring that the customer will come back when they need a service. Not here. You'll be treated like a second-class citizen at the desk. Only one person out of 5 will be checking people out. I did not think I needed to be charged for a second diagnosis, since I brought it in for a service inwhich a diagnosis was already paid for. I would have argued this with the person checking me out but they had already made a comment to another employee, "what are they gonna do, fire me?". Lord have mercy. I'll never spend money at a Joseph facility ever again. Not that it matters to them. More
